Seminare von YOUTH GLOBE zeichnen sich durch ihre ganzheitliche, nachhaltige und messbare Wirkung aus. Die Leistungssteigerung der Teilnehmer infolge der Erhöhung der Umsetzungskompetenz überzeugt und bewirkt einen Mehrwert, der für sich spricht.

Mit diesem Anspruch, die Erfolgsgeschichten ihrer Teilnehmer als Maßstab der eigenen Arbeit zu betrachten, bestehen besondere Anforderungen an die Trainer. Die Erfolge der Teilnehmer zu fordern und zu fördern ist eine Kompetenz der Trainer, die einerseits entsprechende praktische Erfahrungen und andererseits ständige persönliche allseitige Entwicklung voraussetzt.

Practice partners for students on dual study programs in Germany

Since the 2023/24 academic year, YOUTH GLOBE has been involved as a practical partner for students on dual study programmes at relevant educational institutions. The programme was launched in cooperation with the BA Riesa | Staatliche Studienakademie Riesa . Bei Interesse an einer Praxispartnerschaft bei einem dualen Studium im Bereich der Geschäftstätigkeit von YOUTH GLOBE freuen wir uns auf eine Bewerbung per E-Mail. Wir weisen darauf hin, dass keine Kosten im Zusammenhang mit dem Bewerbungsprozess von der YOUTH GLOBE übernommen werden.

Bei gegenseitigem Interesse ist die Übernahme in ein festes Arbeitsverhältnis nach Abschluss des Studiums möglich.

Statement

As a physicist, after completing my studies I dedicated myself to the topic of startups with scientifically demanding products. In the process, I have experienced that above all, top-level executives are needed to successfully establish forward-looking ideas. A holistic approach that focuses on "developing through doing and interacting" is what we are pursuing with YOUTH GLOBE. We focus on the SIMPLY and at the same time effective, evaluate the results on the basis of the goals, framework conditions and underlying values - and thus become SUCCESSFUL in our own lives. Acting on the basis of a humanism that pursues the fun and the joy of life and the responsibilities and duties firmly in mind is my concern at YOUTH GLOBE.

It is a privilege for me to be working on the continent of Africa as an Area Manager for YOUTH GLOBE. As an entrepreneur,  trainer and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with extensive industry experience, YOUTH GLOBE offers me a unique opportunity to collaborate with like-minded leaders to advance the development agenda of the beautiful continent of Africa through various concepts and projects on human development.

Promoting human development and helping others to reach their full potential should be considered a fundamental responsibility for all advocates of humanity. For this reason, I am fully committed to facilitating engaging sessions, workshops and seminars in my capacity as a trainer, in order to provide participants with unforgettable learning experiences, and to taking on the role of a mentor and coach with the aim of accompanying, supporting and encouraging learners on their journey.

At the core of YOUTH GLOBE is an unwavering belief in the inherent right of every individual to fulfill their potential. This conviction drives us to introduce our impactful and sustainable personal development methodology to the African continent, initially in Nigeria, Kenya and Ivory Coast.
